Colorado DOT hosted No Boundaries’ spring 2019 meeting in Denver on May 14-16.
Meeting and technical tour photos
Participants engaged in technology transfer activities related to non-winter transportation maintenance. Meeting discussions included:
- Award-winning innovations in maintenance from No Boundaries member agencies
- Roundtables on asset management data collection, the role of maintenance in emergency management, and public service requests
- Updates on state and national pollinator programs, training and apprenticeship programs, employee recruitment and engagement, and process improvement
In addition, technical visits included tours of the Eisenhower Tunnel on Interstate 70 and CDOT’s sign shop and water quality training facility, as well as a demonstration of CDOT’s autonomous truck-mounted attenuator.
